I called with a 24 hr notice and they were able to accommodate me and the location was 3 hours away as well – exception craftsmanship, and the Guests/ Trustees at UNC Kenan Flagler Business School were extremely impressed. They delivered on time, set it with the drain lines and proper trays so it was maintenance free the remainder of the event. Stunning – I have opened and operated 52 Restaurants ranging from ESPN Zone in Times Square to Rainforest Cafe’s on Disney Properties and now own operate my own Catering Company in Chapel Hill, NC; and have done multiple Ice Sculptures over the years, hands down, this was the best ever!”
